To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Luki33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You must not register using false information, a false identity or someone else's personal details. Any Account registered with materially false information may be voided, along with all associated balances and winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility, except where you have promptly reported an unauthorised access event to our support team.
You must notify Luki33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your account security.
The name registered on your Account must exactly match the name on the identity document you submit for KYC verification and the name on any payment method you use for deposits or withdrawals. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Luki33 may reference Pakistan-familiar payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as illustrative payment context. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice and is governed solely by the Operator's current cashier settings. References to payment provider names on this Platform do not constitute a claim of partnership, endorsement or guaranteed availability by those providers.
The Platform displays balances and transactional amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Actual processing may occur in PKR or other supported currencies depending on the payment method and operator configuration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the payment processor and may include a margin.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time. Users may also voluntarily apply personal deposit limits as part of their responsible gambling settings.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources or accounts that cannot be traced back to you will not be accepted. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. The Operator reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within any stated expiry period.
The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if there is reasonable evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any form of collusion.
Luki33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already earned by eligible participants under prior terms.
Withdrawal of real-money funds is available to Account holders who have completed KYC verification, satisfied all applicable bonus wagering requirements, and whose Account is in good standing with no pending security or compliance reviews.
Prior to approving a withdrawal, the Operator may require you to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, and may include a proof of address document and a selfie or liveness check. Documents must be genuine, unaltered and submitted exclusively via the Platform's secure HTTPS verification flow.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting market, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

All intellectual property rights in the Luki33 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design elements, software, written content and game assets, are owned by or licensed to the Operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luki33 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of odds or game outcomes beyond what is determined by the Platform's certified random number generation systems.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time.
